week 41: 138 lbs

I am dragging myself to be active(no its not covid-19). This is ordinary during (1 week into) my follicular phase . I struggle a lot with fatigue, loss of motivation, anxiety(talk about it), but I have to survive. All my efforts are squandered, I eat a lot to compensate my anxiety( now a bit better because of my diet) and I feel guilty and it becomes a vicious cycle. Every month I need to tread cautiously during this time.

Now I have to pull myself to do the freeletics!!!!

Will Power: My Foot! Its my Guilt + my Hormones

Yes! I have been consistent and diligent with my weight loss journey ! I have never been this sincere and disciplined at least with my weight loss. I think its mostly because of the guilt I have (will forever) for the incident that happened and the hormonal change that occurred after that. I really think so, I do! My extreme guilt made me decide and vow to see a healthy me! My hormones helped me with consistency! I am glad my guilt took over my hormones to stay determined, diligent and sincere.

week 39: 141 lbs

I have a come a long way! There were days I felt whether I could reach 150lbs , now I am at 140lbs.  To lose even a little bit of weight at constant rate is getting very very difficult. for the past 3 weeks I included doing Freeletics(an app that assigns daily home workouts). Like I have been telling myself since the beginning of my journey. I want to eat my regular staple food except, make better healthy choices. I do not want to completely restrict/avoid any food out of my diet. Something I have included on and off is Complete fasting for a day!
